How to use this page

PRINT_CORE PRINT_OPTIONAL ONLINE_ONLY

PRINT_CORE = print and include in every shipped binder.
PRINT_OPTIONAL = include only for certain packages or by request.
ONLINE_ONLY = do not print/ship by default.
