Quick Start: Which one should I use?
Rule #1: Activities do not replace the daily loop: Calm/Not Calm → (if Not Calm) Menu → deliver → return.
- Need a fast transition? Use Now / Next (or Finished → Next) when the problem is “stuck” between tasks.
- Need motivation for staying with a task? Use the Token Board when the student will work for something and you need a clear “work → earn → done” structure.
- Need choices without chaos? Use the Pick One / My Choice strip to keep choice boards simple and prevent adult drift.
- Need staff consistency? Print the staff mini-cards (Choice Board Rules / Prompt Hierarchy) and keep them where adults can see them.
If you’re unsure: start with Now / Next for transitions and the Token Board for work stamina.
