What’s Included

These checklists are designed to make Ocean Zones language part of everyday routines. Use them for morning check-ins, end-of-day reflections, and giving students simple ways to ask for what they need.

Morning Zones Check-In

A one-page sheet students can complete as they arrive. They circle which zone their body is in, choose a matching tool, and write or draw one intention for the day.

β€œWhich Zone Am I In?” Reflection

A simple reflection page that helps students notice what happened before, during, and after a big feeling. Great for reset conversations after Yellow or Red Zone moments.

Self-Advocacy Cards

Small cards students can hand to an adult when words are hard. Examples: β€œI need a short break,” β€œI’d like to use a breathing tool,” or β€œI need help with my feelings.”
