These checklists are designed to make Ocean Zones language part of everyday routines. Use them for morning check-ins, end-of-day reflections, and giving students simple ways to ask for what they need.
Morning Zones Check-In
A one-page sheet students can complete as they arrive. They circle which zone their body is in, choose a matching tool, and write or draw one intention for the day.
βWhich Zone Am I In?β Reflection
A simple reflection page that helps students notice what happened before, during, and after a big feeling. Great for reset conversations after Yellow or Red Zone moments.
Self-Advocacy Cards
Small cards students can hand to an adult when words are hard. Examples: βI need a short break,β βIβd like to use a breathing tool,β or βI need help with my feelings.β
