How to Practice Claw Reset Breath
- Make your claws: Hold your hands in front of you and curl your fingers like crab claws.
- Inhale and squeeze: Breathe in through your nose while you squeeze your claws tight.
- Exhale and release: Breathe out slowly through your mouth as you open your claws and shake out your hands.
- Notice: Pay attention to how your hands and arms feel as the tightness lets go.
- Repeat: Practice 3โ5 times, then follow with a calmer breath if needed.
