About Bubble Breath

Bubble Breath is a Yellow Zone technique that uses a slow, extended exhale—like blowing bubbles—to activate the bodys calming response and let extra energy drift away.

How to Practice Bubble Breath

  1. Find your position: Sit or stand comfortably.
  2. Inhale slowly: Breathe in through your nose at a gentle, steady pace.
  3. Blow your bubble: Exhale slowly through pursed lips, like you are blowing a big, slow bubble that you dont want to pop.
  4. Lengthen the exhale: Try to make the out-breath longer and smoother than the in-breath.
  5. Repeat: Practice 4–5 breaths, noticing your body getting softer and calmer each time.

Pattern: Flexible, with special focus on a long, slow exhale.
